A convivial seafood bistro and oyster bar in Singapore’s vibrant Chinatown precinct, Humpback is a neighbourhood favourite and dining destination since its opening in 2015.

Working closely with Hama Hama Oyster Company on Washington’s Olympic Peninsula, Humpback’s oysters get from farm to plate in no more than 36 hours. The ever-evolving menu also features moreish starters and snacks, as well as flavourful large plates for sharing.

The experience is completed with cocktails by Jigger & Pony and diverse wine list, designed to be accessible and perfectly pair with our dishes for the best seafood experience in Singapore.
